Liliam Montilla, known as Liliam, was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and raised in New York City. She earned a B.F.A. in Acting from Nazareth University, where she also served as Student-Body President.
From the stage to the boardroom, she has built brands and led operations across artificial intelligence, film, entertainment, finance, real estate, and beyond, always finding value where others see complexity.
Today she runs Employee AI, the first AI agency in the Bronx, New York.
One of the first AI employment agencies in the space, providing businesses with fully operational employees in the form of AI.
Established as a first-of-its-kind agency, built for companies ready to scale.

Born in the Dominican Republic, raised in New York City. Studying acting, the discipline of performance became the foundation for everything after. It set the foundation for her drive to help humanity, to bring people together, and to truly understand people from every walk of life. Acting taught her to step fully into another person's shoes, to understand how they think, why they think it, and what shaped them, a 360 understanding of people she carries into everything she builds.
While working three jobs and acting on stage, she led the student body with a five-point plan for life after graduation, launching Financial Fridays and rallying a campus-wide COVID petition that moved grading policy.
She organized and led marches, and connected with student leaders across New York State, turning a campus platform into real momentum for the people around her.
Her film season: roles in independent films, including Sell, Buy, Date, executive-produced by Meryl Streep, the HBO short Keep Delete, and the Netflix film Sisters By Water, which premiered at LALIFF and the New York Latino Film Festival.
After the cameras, she went to live with the Sisters of Saint Joseph, women she will be grateful for as long as she lives. They took her in. They cared for her while she earned her financial licenses, and they loved her through every step of it.
I am deeply, truly, forever grateful for them.
National commercial work for Circul and Yale, carrying the craft from festival screens into the commercial world.
She earned four financial licenses and became a financial advisor at Equitable Advisors, on pace to become the firm's #1 female advisor. Then she walked away to build something of her own.
She launched Employee AI, one of the first AI employment agencies, turning a performer's instinct for people into a company.
Growing her business, and partnering with companies like Anthropic to bring AI to businesses.
